Project Description:

ECRE rendered Architectural & Engineering Design Permitting Compliance, and Pre- Construction Management Services for the New Central Laboratory for the Puerto Rico Aqueduct Sewer Authority.

By performing a Field Assessments with the different Engineering disciplines and performing design workshop with the end users, ECRE perform the following task: developing space program planning, issuance of permits (REA/DEA & Endorsements), Schematic Design, Preliminary Design, Bid Package Preparation, and Pre-Construction Management.

The PRASA Central Laboratory was build in the latest 90’s Steal Framing and Concrete structure that were damage by the impact of Hurricane Maria on September 20, 2017. Due to the dame conditions PRASA decides to demolish the damage structure and to design and built new and up-date laboratory with the latest technologies.
