Program Management Services for the Implementation of the Capital Improvement Program

ECR Engineering provides Pre-Construction Program Management Services,
encompassing the Planning, Design, Bid, and Award phases, for PRASA’s Capital
Improvement Program as a member of the Program Management Consortium
(PMC) in collaboration with Black and Veatch Puerto Rico.
Our services include planning studies, surveying, and sampling. We also provide
procurement support, design reviews, and coordination with owner, consulting
firm, and regulatory agencies. Additionally, we offer cost estimates revisions, and
coordination for the bidding process. We implement a comprehensive QA/QC
program for projects funded by federal and local sources, which includes but is not
limited to wastewater treatment plants, water filtration plants, distribution systems,
trunk sewers, pumps stations, raw water intakes, distribution tanks, and
commercial buildings across the entire island.
