ECR Engineering establishes its first office in Puerto Rico, marking the beginning of its operations.
Awarded the first pre-construction Capital Improvement Program (CIP) contract with Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA), managing a $300 million program management.
Expansion continues with the opening of two offices in Florida, U.S. Broward County and Miami Dade County.
The Puerto Rico office is upgraded and relocated to a modern facility in Guaynabo. Major pharmaceutical project awarded.
