What I value most about working at this company is the flexibility and respect that define its culture. Although my role is behind the scenes as part of the administrative staff, interacting with engineering projects through billing has strengthened my sense of commitment to the company. One of the projects that has made me especially proud to belong to this team is the Guayama Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), where we were involved from the development of its design through the construction phase—and we continue to provide service today.
At ECR Engineering, I have experienced significant professional growth, expanding my knowledge, learning new processes, and working with both government and private clients. The work environment is characterized by genuine camaraderie among colleagues, modern and comfortable facilities, and a culture that truly values employee effort.
