ECR Engineering, LLC is a Limited Liability Company privately held, organized since March 26, 2012. Since its foundation, ECR Engineering (ECRE) has continued to grow, expanding in breadth of services as well as geographic footprint establishing offices and registered as a legal entity in the State of Florida in the City of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and Miami Dade County.  ECRE also exports the engineering and architectural services to the US Virgin Islands and Latin America.

Our integrated workforce allows us to provide a wide range of services in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Environmental, Land Surveying and Architecture. ECRE’s core competencies services concentrates in Engineering, Environmental Compliance, and Project Administration & Management.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

ECR Engineering is a one-source service provider for drinking water treatment supply projects. The company has managed and designed over fifty (50) water and wastewater projects ranging the whole gamma of projects types from simple water pipe network to a complex wastewater treatment plant. All projects are planned and designed bearing in mind the protection of public’s health by implementing the best available technology according to the raw water characteristic and client’s needs. In addition, ECRE’s innovative approach toward wastewater, grey-water, storm water treatment, and reuse has established a benchmark in the industry.

As part of the pre-construction phase, ECRE was responsible for the Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) all related disciplines, including environmental, structural, mechanical, electrical and Civil.

ECRE had productively supervised projects related to the water and wastewater field, examples of one of these projects is the management of the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) of the Puerto Rico Aqueduct Sewer Authority (PRASA). The CIP was part of a consent decree between the PRASA, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the Puerto Rico Department of Health (PRDOH). ECRE, as managers, lead the environmental compliance, planning and design for PRASA’s east, west and south regions, including the optimization of operation and maintenance of the systems and improvements to the water and wastewater treatment plants, water distribution systems, storm water pollution prevention plans, pumps stations and sanitary sewer systems.
